AKC - American Kennel Club
UKC - United Kennel Club
CH - Champion (may clarify which registry)
GCH - Grand Champion (If there's another letter after the 'H' it's the level of Grand Championship the title is)
PACH or MACH - Agility Champion (and others)
HC - Herding Champion

First letter is R - Rally O-Obedience A-Agility H-Herding

ATT- Temperament test
THD - Therapy Dog
TK - Trick Dog
CGC, CGCA, CGCU - Canine Good Citizen

When you see a N it usually means novice, O-open, A-advanced, E-excellent, M-Masters
